Come explore cutting-edge teachings on and approaches to addiction and recovery.  Pioneers in the field of recovery and spirituality will address the issue of addiction for the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels.

These presenters are leading the way to meet the needs of people in recovery today – collaborative care in a global community, guided by ancient spiritual wisdom systems and the heartfelt desire of people living in the solution. You’ll leave with new friends and practical advice for holistic solutions on the path of recovery.

Offered as 4 satsangs and 8 workshops (subject to change).

Durga Leela is an Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapy Specialist and the founder of Yoga of Recovery®, a comprehensive program that integrates Ayurveda and yoga with recovery tools for those affected by addiction and self-destructive behaviors. She teaches a holistic approach to recovery, integrating mind, body, and spirit. She overcame her own struggles with addiction and is a grateful member of 12-step fellowships for over 20 years. She is the author of Yoga of Recovery: Integrating Yoga and Ayurveda With Modern Recovery Tools for Addiction with a foreword by David Frawley.

Julie Reisler is not your average coach—she’s a soul whisperer, heart opener, and guide for those ready to live life as their most authentic self. With a rare blend of science, intuition, and deep empathy, Julie helps people shed layers of self-doubt and step into who they were always meant to be.

A TEDx speaker, intuitive mentor, and creator of the You-est You® movement, Julie holds a Master’s in Health & Wellness Coaching and is board-certified through the NBHWC and ICF. Her work bridges the worlds of neuroscience, spiritual growth, and embodied transformation.

She’s also been in recovery from food addiction for over 20 years through a 12-step program and brings a deep understanding of healing one’s relationship with food, body, and self. Julie is the creator of Hungry for  More, a powerful course that explores food, recovery, and spiritual fulfillment.

She’s the host of the You-est You® Podcast, author of the Get a PhD in YOU book series, and founder of both the Intuitive Life Designer® Coach certification program and Intuition School—empowering coaches, seekers, and leaders to awaken their inner wisdom.

Julie also teaches at Georgetown University, is a certified yoga teacher with a focus on connecting to the higher self through breath and heart, and leads with a heart-centered presence that makes her workshops and coaching feel like coming home. Whether in a classroom, on a stage, or in a sacred circle, Julie creates spaces where healing, clarity, and soul-level truth can emerge.

Rory is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with years of experience guiding students toward strength, balance, and inner calm. Rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, her teaching blends mindful movement, breathwork, and self-awareness to create inclusive and transformative practices for all levels.

Trained in Yoga Nidra and trauma-informed yoga, Rory offers a grounded and compassionate approach that supports nervous system regulation, rest, and emotional healing. She leads sessions in corporate settings, studio workshops, and community events where she shares insights on using yoga as a tool for resilience and holistic well-being.

As a Yoga Teacher Training Facilitator for 200- and 300-hour programs, Rory empowers future teachers with a blend of traditional wisdom and modern, evidence-informed techniques. Her classes and trainings invite students to slow down, connect within, and explore yoga as a path of restoration, recovery, and personal growth.
