Yoga of Recovery

Ayurveda's Metabolic Approach to Healing Addictions

Durga Leela

Addiction impacts the body, mind, and spirit — draining vitality, disrupting balance, and obscuring clarity. Yoga of Recovery offers a compassionate, whole-person path to healing by integrating Yoga, Ayurveda, and modern recovery tools to restore balance from the inside out.

Rooted in Ayurveda’s metabolic understanding of addiction, this program reveals how imbalances in digestion, nervous system function, and lifestyle patterns fuel cycles of craving and depletion. Through practical guidance in daily rhythms, healing nutrition, cleansing practices inspired by Pancha Karma, and supportive yogic tools, participants learn how to reset the body, stabilize the mind, and rebuild resilience for lasting recovery.

Led by Durga Leela — Ayurvedic and Yoga Therapy Specialist, Peer Recovery Coach, and founder of Yoga of Recovery® — this program combines deep expertise with warmth, humor, and real-life insight, creating a safe and encouraging space for genuine transformation.

Benefits of attending:

  • Learn to live intelligently, guided by nature: Recognize your unique patterns and gain simple Ayurvedic tools to restore balance, stability, and clarity in daily life.
  • Experience practical, personalized self-care that works: Discover accessible lifestyle, nutrition, and therapeutic practices tailored for modern living, while understanding when to seek professional support.
  • Heal from the inside out in supportive community: Address addiction as a systemic imbalance — not a personal failure — and experience deep renewal of physical health, emotional balance, mental clarity, and spiritual connection.

Leave empowered with sustainable tools, renewed vitality, and a hopeful path toward freedom, health, and inner peace.

Offered as 2 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).
