Are you ready to process your loss and tap into the self-knowledge your grief is providing you with? Are you ready to envision the new life you deserve, the new life you are soon to embark on?

Grief is one of the most difficult emotions to fully heal, but can be more smoothly endured when you give yourself the appropriate space and emotional support to mend your soul. Come learn more about the nature of grief and healthy approaches to healing with the author of Yoga for Grief Relief, Antonio Sausys.

In a safe, confidential and intimate space, participants will be gently guided through the path of grief relief with effective yogic techniques to support the process. Deepen your healing journey as you engage in self-reflection, soul restoration, and connection to nature. This retreat includes informative talks about grief and yoga, experiential practice, and additional activities that offer relief within the grieving process.

Please Note: Participation in this retreat fulfills the prerequisite for Antonio’s Yoga for Grief Relief Level 1 training.

Grief is something we all go through. Grief is a normal reaction to the loss of things or people we are attached to. Grief is heart-wrenching and can feel like the world is ending, again and again; the fact that grief is normal does not make it any easier to go through. While no two individuals grieve in the same way, we all grieve.

The recent global pandemic resulted in the loss of what granted many of us us comfort, safety and well-being. In addition to our personal losses, we are now all, in one way or another, globally grieving.

If you are interested in working through your grief, want to learn more about what grief is and how to process it, or are interested in helping others process their grief, watch the short interview below the discover the basics and benefits of this upcoming program:
