while fostering a sense of community.

Through introspection, gentle yoga practices and breathwork, you’ll learn to honor and accept your feelings of loss, allowing you to manage the emotions that arise. The serene environment of the Bahamas will provide a calming backdrop as you explore how to move with, rather than against, your grief.

This workshop will focus on somatic work, breathing exercises, and meditations that help you relieve your emotions and connect deeply with the earth, offering a foundation of strength and stability amidst chaos.

Workshop 3: Releasing, Restoring, and Renewing
In the final session, we’ll focus on the transformative power of processing your pain andmaking space for a new perspective in life. Through targeted yoga, mindfulness practices, and self-compassion exercises, you’ll learn how to restore your energy, cultivate resilience and reawaken hope. This workshop will encourage you to tap into your inner power and step forward with a sense of renewal, equipped with tools to continue your journey through our troubled times as we face the complexities of grief and loss.
