Wounds into Wisdom

Healing Intergenerational & Personal Trauma

Rabbi Dr. Tirzah Firestone

Each of us carries a powerful inheritance—some of it a source of strength, some of it tangled in trauma, silence, or shame. In this transformative workshop, you’ll embark on a soul-deep journey to unravel the intergenerational patterns that have shaped your life—and to reclaim the resilience, wisdom, and healing power that also flow through your ancestral lines.

In a time of global upheaval and uncertainty, we gather as a community committed to personal and collective transformation. Through the lenses of depth psychology, neuroscience, Kabbalistic teachings, and Rabbi Tirzah’s profound insight as a Jungian psychotherapist and spiritual elder, you’ll explore how healing your own story contributes to the healing of the world.

This workshop is both experiential and empowering. You’ll be guided through ritual practices, meditations, and tools to strengthen your spiritual connection, release inherited wounds, and tap into ancestral blessings that fuel compassion, purpose, and courage.

What You’ll Explore:

  • How intergenerational trauma lives in the body and nervous system—and how to begin releasing it
  • How to contact ancestral wisdom through active imagination and the Imaginal Dimension
  • Why shame perpetuates trauma—and how to cultivate dignity, self-compassion, and honor instead
  • Four powerful affirmations to rewire your inner narrative and foster emotional resilience
  • The neuroscience of interoception and how it can help free you from old patterns and reactivity

This is not just about looking back—it’s about reclaiming your future, aligned with who you truly are and the difference you’re here to make. Come ready to remember, release, and rise into your most courageous, compassionate self. The world is waiting.

Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).

Rabbi Tirzah Firestone is a groundbreaking voice at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern healing. A Jungian psychotherapist, scholar, and ordained rabbi in the Jewish Renewal movement, she has spent decades unearthing the spiritual technologies of Judaism—especially those long hidden in the feminine lineage—and weaving them with the latest insights from depth psychology, neuroscience, and trauma healing.

Ordained by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi in 1992, Rabbi Tirzah is internationally known for her work on Kabbalah, intergenerational trauma, and soul restoration. Her teachings are a powerful response to the collective crises of our time, offering pathways to personal healing and ancestral integration that ripple outward into the world.

Her acclaimed books include With Roots in Heaven, a memoir of spiritual awakening; The Receiving, a reclamation of Jewish women’s mystical voices; and the award-winning Wounds into Wisdom, which explores how inherited trauma can become a catalyst for transformation. A captivating speaker and teacher, Rabbi Tirzah continues to guide seekers around the world from her home base in Boulder, Colorado.
