This program is part of The Wisdom of Ayurveda: A Symposium for Whole-Person Healing, March 21-27, 2027
Cold plunges, intermittent fasting, biohacking, wearable health technology, infrared saunas, green powders, longevity supplements—the modern wellness landscape is overflowing with promises of better health, greater energy, and longer life. While some of these practices can be beneficial, others may create imbalance when applied without consideration for an individual’s constitution, age, lifestyle, season, or current state of health. How do we discern what truly supports our well-being?
In this thought-provoking program, Nidhi Bhanshali Pandya brings the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda to today’s most popular wellness trends. Rather than viewing practices as universally “good” or “bad,” Ayurveda teaches us to ask deeper questions: What qualities does this practice increase? Who is it appropriate for? When is it beneficial, and when might it be harmful? Through this nuanced and practical exploration, participants will learn how to move beyond one-size-fits-all wellness advice and cultivate a more personalized, intuitive, and sustainable approach to health. Discover how Ayurveda can help you navigate modern wellness with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.
