Time Travel and Wellbeing

How to Balance Your Time Perspective to Support Hope and Healing

Julia Mossbridge

Being present in the “now” is essential to wellbeing. Yet folded within the “now” are the past, present and future, and our relationships to each of these three parts of “now” have remarkably powerful impacts on our careers, educational outcomes and health.

In this program we will learn to use for ourselves and create for others “time travel narratives” that support a positive, loving, and compassionate connection with all three parts of the “now.” We will also learn to use Time Machine, a smartphone-based technology created to support people at the intersection of abuse, poverty, trauma, incarceration and addiction. Most importantly, we will explore the impact of deep listening to our past and future selves, and learn “love banking” — the capacity to deposit and withdraw unconditional love from infinite and timeless universal stores, when needed.

Offered as 3 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).
