Therapeutic Yoga for Healing Retreat

Nora Benian (Sundari)
Tuition: $395

Whether you’re recovering from illness or injury, navigating the physical and emotional shifts of pregnancy and childbirth, or seeking to age with greater ease and grace, therapeutic yoga offers a powerful path to healing.

In this nurturing and restorative experience, you’ll explore proven techniques that help balance the body’s systems, relieve pain, release deeply held tension, and create the internal conditions for true healing to occur. Rooted in awareness and guided by compassion, this practice supports not just physical recovery, but emotional resilience and mental clarity as well.

At the heart of therapeutic yoga is a simple, powerful intention: to bring the healing power of yoga to those who need it most. Whether you’re seeking to support your own journey or that of others, this is an opportunity to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.

If you feel called to share this work professionally so you can share the power of Therapeutic Yoga with others you can register for the professional training happening over the same dates.

Nora Benian (Sundari) is an intuitive healer, yoga therapist, and teacher with decades of experience guiding others on the path of healing and self-discovery.
