The Yoga of Sacred Sound

Awaken your Voice through Mantra, Vibration, and the Journey Through the Five Bodies

Manuela Mejia

An immersive exploration of Naada Yoga — the Yoga of Sound — as a pathway to awaken the voice, open the heart, and deepen inner awareness. Through mantra, kirtan, breath, vibration, meditation, and conscious vocal expression, participants will experience sound not only as music, but as a sacred technology for transformation.

In this workshop, we will explore how sound moves through the different layers of our being — the physical, energetic, mental, wisdom, and bliss bodies — and how each body responds uniquely to vibration and mantra practice. Through guided experiences, participants will discover how the voice can become a bridge between body, breath, emotion, and consciousness.

Together we will work with bija mantras, resonance, subtle listening, devotional chanting, and practices to liberate and activate the authentic voice. The sessions are designed not around performance, but around presence: using sound as a tool to quiet the mind, awaken sensitivity, harmonize energy, and reconnect with the heart.

Inspired by the traditions of Bhakti Yoga and Naada Yoga, this experience invites participants into a deeper relationship with silence, vibration, and the healing power of sacred sound.

Offered as 3 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay. We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of your program for the optimal experience.
