We don’t always eat simply to satisfy hunger. We turn to food for stress relief, comfort and reward. But emotional eating doesn’t fulfill emotional needs—it simply fills our bodies with foods we don’t need, derailing our best efforts for a healthy body and mind.

Regain an empowered and balanced relationship to food and find your way back to a happier and healthier life. Discover the yogic philosophy of eating for nutrition and joy. In this 4-day intensive with certified holistic health coach and energy healer Petra Rakebrandt, you will learn how to recognize your personal habits and triggers and how your mood affects food choices. You will also learn healthy recipes for smoothies and vegetarian dishes that alleviate your cravings for salt, sugar, and other high-calorie foods. You will return home with toolkit that includes meditation, Reiki, ThetaHealing, journaling, exercise, and mindful eating techniques for soothing yourself without food.

Petra Rakebrandt is a holistic health coach certified with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a ThetaHealing® practitioner and instructor, a certified yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, and Reiki master. She has a private practice in Guadeloupe, French West Indies, and teaches in the Caribbean and US.
