The Shakti School’s Tantra Retreat and Grand Gathering

An Immersive Tantra Experience

Katie Silcox
Tuition: $995

Finally.

For years we’ve gathered through screens, shared tears across continents, celebrated breakthroughs from thousands of miles apart, and built one of the most extraordinary communities of women in the world. Now it’s time to come home to each other. Welcome to The Shakti School Grand Gathering. An unforgettable week at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas where our global family gathers in real life for our deepest, most embodied Tantra immersion yet. Bring your husband, wife, partner, boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend or soul companion. This event is open to everyone.

This is not another yoga retreat. It is not just any vacation. It is a living laboratory of consciousness where Ayurveda, Tantra, neuroscience, psychology and physiology become one integrated experience. Imagine if Carl Jung, an ancient Himalayan Yogini, a world-class strength coach, and the latest neuroscience research all sat around the same fire. This is where the mystical meets the measurable. Where the chakra system becomes a map of your nervous system. Where prana meets fascia, breath transforms the brain, movement rewires emotion, and ancient wisdom explains what modern science is only beginning to discover. Together we’ll explore how to work with the intelligence of your own body to metabolize the past, liberate trapped energy, awaken your deepest vitality, and become a clear channel for the life you’re here to create. And the best part? Each day you will have plenty of free time to rest, swim in the incredible turquoise waters and enjoy the amazing food at the ashram with beautiful souls.

During this extraordinary retreat, you will experience:

  • A complete embodied Tantra immersion with Katie Silcox exploring every chakra as a living psychological, physiological and spiritual map for transformation.
  • Daily practices to awaken Prana through breathwork, meditation, visualization and subtle body practices drawn from an authentic living Tantra tradition.
  • The convergence of neuroscience and Tantra, discovering how the nervous system, fascia, hormones, vagus nerve, trauma physiology and ancient yogic science describe the same human awakening from different languages.
  • Feminine Form™ movement, yoga, Yoga Nidra and somatic practices designed to help your body release old survival patterns while cultivating resilience, vitality and deep presence.
  • Powerful journaling, contemplation and shadow work inspired by Carl Jung, modern psychology and the wisdom of the yogic tradition to help integrate unconscious patterns into conscious choice.
  • An Ayurvedic experience for body and soul, with nourishing food, daily rituals, circadian healing, ocean medicine and practices that restore Ojas, strengthen Tejas and circulate vibrant Prana.
  • Relationship and polarity teachings that help you understand masculine and feminine dynamics, conscious intimacy, communication and authentic connection. Come alone or with someone you love.
  • Time inside one of the most inspiring communities you’ll ever encounter, surrounded by kind, brilliant, growth-minded people who speak your language and remind you that you’re not walking this path alone.
  • Sacred celebration. Beach gatherings, music, laughter, movement, sunset, ocean swims, barefoot conversations under the stars and the kind of joy that reminds you spiritual practice was never meant to be so serious.
  • A new relationship with your own body. You’ll leave understanding that your body is not a problem to fix. It is the temple, the teacher and the technology. Tantra teaches that liberation isn’t found by escaping the body. It is found by inhabiting it so fully that every cell becomes an expression of consciousness itself.

Come remember what your body has known all along.

Come gather with The Shakti School people.

Come experience Tantra not as philosophy, but as living, breathing reality.

We’ll see you on the beaches of the Bahamas!

We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of this course and stay until at least one day after the course ends for the optimal experience.
