This program is part of The Wisdom of Ayurveda: A Symposium for Whole-Person Healing, March 21-27, 2027
Most people discover Ayurveda through the body: a health crisis, a gut issue, or a question about their dosha. Amish Shah did too. But the ancient Vedic system holds something far larger: a complete framework for living called the Purusharthas also known as the Four Aims of Life.
In this program, Amish draws on his personal journey from chronic illness to filmmaker, entrepreneur, and student of Vedic wisdom to explore how Ayurveda is not just a science of health but a science of meaning. Through the lens of Dharma (purpose), Artha (resources), Kama (pleasure), and Moksha (liberation), participants will discover how to move from symptom management to a life aligned with nature’s deeper intelligence.
Practical, grounded, and drawn from both classical texts and lived experience, these sessions offer a fresh entry point for newcomers and a deeper frame for experienced practitioners.
Offered as 1 satsang and 3 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute 2pm workshop on the last day of the program.
