Breath of Bhakti

Shell + Anton from Shell Andréa Yoga and Kirtan

Step into a transformative three-day immersion that will awaken your heart and breathe new life into your spiritual journey. Breath of Bhakti is more than a workshop — it’s an invitation to experience Bhakti Yoga as a living, breathing path of love, trust, and connection. Whether you’re a seasoned seeker or a curious beginner, this experience will open the door to a way of being that brings devotion into the everyday.

Through soulful storytelling, dynamic discussions, sacred chants (Kirtan), and reflection, you’ll discover how Bhakti Yoga is already alive within you — woven into your relationships, your routines, and your breath. This is your opportunity to reclaim Yoga as a path of the heart, not just the mat.

Who Is This For?
Whether you’re a professional, parent, yogi, spiritual seeker, or simply longing to feel more connected, Breath of Bhakti welcomes you. You don’t need prior experience in Yoga or Bhakti — just a willing heart. If you already have a devotional or Yogic practice, this experience will help you deepen it with new energy and insight.

What to Expect
Each day is designed to lead you deeper into the heart of Bhakti through immersive experiences:

Evening 1: Intro to Bhakti Yoga & Kirtan — awaken your heart with devotional song and foundational wisdom

Afternoon Workshop 1: The Path of Devotion (Bhakti Yoga Marga) — explore what devotion truly means and how to live it, followed by chanting

Evening 2: Divine Stories & Kirtan — feel the power of ancient stories that speak to modern hearts

Afternoon Workshop 2: Bhakti in the Scriptures & in Real Life — learn to bring Bhakti into your daily flow, plus chanting to anchor the heart

Evening 3: Final Kirtan Celebration & Closing Circle — a joyful, heartfelt expression of all that’s been awakened

Why Join?
So many people struggle to feel their Yoga practice beyond the mat. Breath of Bhakti will shift that. You’ll experience how simple acts of devotion — song, story, trust, and presence — can become profound spiritual practices. You’ll leave with not just inspiration, but practical tools for a more open-hearted, connected life.

You’ll Walk Away With:

  • A deeper understanding of Bhakti as a powerful Yogic path
  • Practices to bring Bhakti into your home, relationships, and routine
  • Sacred chants and rituals to anchor devotion in everyday moments
  • Clarity around the emotional and psychological foundations of Bhakti
  • Insights into how Bhakti aligns with modern neuroscience and psychology
  • A connection to timeless Yogic scriptures and their living relevance
  • The joy of Kirtan — devotional music that opens the heart and elevates the spirit

Breath of Bhakti is your invitation to live Yoga through the lens of love. Come as you are, and leave with a heart wide open.

Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay. Shell (Premrupa) and Anton (Nataraj) are based out of Winnipeg Canada, walking the joyful path of Bhakti Yoga. With over 35 years of combined practice, they’ve found their deepest inspiration in Kirtan – musical mantra chanting that both soothes the mind and lifts the spirit. Their first pilgrimage to India in 2017 lit a spark that’s grown into a global offering of Kirtan and Bhakti practices. Guided by their beloved teacher, Sri Prasad Rangnekar of Mumbai, they share these offerings with warmth and devotion, inviting communities everywhere to sing, connect, and open their hearts.
