Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient system of yoga therapy that combines yoga postures with touch technique. It promotes deep relaxation and healing, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, balances the body energetically, and facilitates mind-bod integration. As a therapeutic practice, it is a dynamic form of yoga for the practitioner as well as the recipient. Level 2 expands upon the techniques learned in Level 1 and covers how to perform an expanded 2 1/2 hour customized session.

Pre-requisite completion of Level 1 training.

Please note Thai Yoga Massage Level 1 is being offered February 25- March 1, 2024. Register to take Level 1 and Level 2 back-to-back for $1,200 total tuition.
