Our founder and guru, Swami Vishnudevananda passed on a legacy that continues to guide our mission to bring peace to the world through yoga and Vedanta. Come celebrate the life and teachings of this great master as we honor his Mahasamadhi on November 9, 1993. In Hindu tradition, when a great saint or sage attains Mahasamadhi, the great and final samadhi — the state of consciously leaving one’s body — it is a time for celebration and thanksgiving. Join us for this special day of puja and prayer as we come together to honor Swami Vishnudevananda, his legacy, and our lineage.
Offered as 1 satsang.
