Spring is nature’s reminder that life is willing to try again. Trees bud after barren winters, flowers push through frozen ground, and what once appeared dormant begins quietly reaching toward the light. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting, sound healing, and silent reflection, this retreat invites participants into a season of inner cleansing — an opportunity to detoxify not only the body, but also the mind, emotional residue, habits, distractions, and stories that no longer serve our growth. Together, we will explore the yogic art of beginning again: planting new seeds, restoring vitality, and reconnecting with the parts of ourselves waiting to blossom.
We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of this course and stay until at least one day after the course ends for the optimal experience.
