Sacred sound, as a conscious, resonant application, is therapeutic and deeply healing for the body, the nervous system, and all aspects of your being. Sound Therapy, as a medicinal experience and ceremony, is an ancient, sacred art. Perhaps the most original of all arts. Sound is also a science, as sound measurably changes matter. If done with intention, and assigning spiritual meaning, it is a conscious practice and service, as it will release low grade energies still held in the body and elevate our vision with generous presence.
In this training, learn some of the most pure toned, high frequency instruments as tools for elevating consciousness for yourself or others in meditation, Sound Baths, Sound Journey’s and all forms of harmonious, high frequency holistic arts that advocate listening, stillness and the entrainment of high grade, clear communication and frequency.

HEALING: Receive deep healing in daily Sound Baths:
Each day you will receive a meditative Sound Bath and listening experience for deep healing and calibration of the nervous system for spaciousness, the release of the past and creation activation with Swan Michelle, who has been leading Sound Hath’s to thousands of people full time since 2012.
ART: Practicing in application numerous instruments:
Octaves, Harmony & Discord, Un-struck sounds, The scale, The Heart frequency, Music & The Nervous System, Breath, Chakras, Assigning meaning/Intention setting, Major and Minor cords, Sargam Scale.
*Bring your harmonium or trade off and share what is provided. No experience is necessary.
SCIENCE: Learning the science of sound’s effects of physical matter:
Lectures in Sympathetic Resonance, Solfeggio Hertz Frequencies, Autonomic Nervous System, Survival, Chaos, & Rest, Brain Waves, Energy Center notes, The Fibonacci Golden Ratio & 1/5 Ratio, The Pineal Gland, The Wisdom of the Heart’s Neurotransmitters.

Basic Harmonium – Vedic playing for beginners & learning to play mantras
Vocals- Sargam scale and learning basic mantra’s pronunciation
Mantra meaning, recitation & singing

Instrumentation Choreography For Therapy Purposes
This is course also serves as a supplemental for:
Trauma Counselors, Psychotherapists, Massage Therapists, Registered Nurses, Naturopaths, Yoga Teachers, Physical Therapists, Meditators, Energy Healers, Musicians, Ayurveda Practitioners and all Holistic based practices meant for self liberation.
There will be an optional afternoon workshop for graduates of this course on June 14 to play for ashram guests and present what you have learned for a group.
Swan Michelle will also offer a satsang on Sound Healing on June 9 and an experiential workshop on June 10th prior to the start of this course. We invite you to arrive early and enjoy an extended immersion into the transformative experience of Sound Healing.

Swan Michelle is a Yoga and Holistic Educator, Sound Therapist, Wellness Event Director, and founder of Swan River Yoga, one of the Gulf Coast’s largest wellness and yoga centers. She has been teaching yoga, meditation, sound, and energy practices since 1998.
Her work weaves together Yoga, Sound Therapy, Heart Coherence Meditation, restorative practices, and transformational retreats inspired by nature and the ocean. She leads Yoga Teacher Trainings, Sound Therapy Trainings, sound bath concerts, and immersive wellness experiences worldwide.
Swan has traveled extensively to sacred sites and ashrams to study Yoga, Ayurveda, Bhakti Yoga, and energy healing. She has studied with renowned teachers including Ram Dass, the Dalai Lama, Jai Uttal, Krishna Das, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, and Judith Hanson Lasater.
She currently serves on Dr. Joe Dispenza’s Global Team as a Certified Neuro Change Solutions Consultant (2024) and presented a TEDx Talk at TEDx NOLA in 2026.
Your course schedule has been designed by the presenter to provide a holistic educational experience, and includes course presentation time, meal times, and free time for you to enjoy the beach and the grounds and participate in the ashram’s daily programs.
