Where does lasting happiness truly come from? Drawing on Swami Sivananda’s inspiring teachings, this program explores the timeless wisdom that our deepest joy is not found in external possessions, achievements, or sensory pleasures, but in realizing our true nature—the Self. As long as we seek fulfillment outside ourselves, we remain bound to the changing tides of pleasure and pain. Through the practices of yoga, meditation, self-inquiry, and devotion, we gradually uncover the peace, freedom, and bliss that already exist within. This uplifting program offers practical guidance for shifting from the pursuit of fleeting happiness to the direct experience of the inner joy that is the birthright of every soul.
Offered as 3 satsangs (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with a 6am satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.
