Sat Darshana (Vision of Truth) is a yoga scripture that expounds the essence of the “Sat,” or “Truth,” in an easy way. Its 40 verses have long acted as a beacon of light to seekers of Self-realization.
Sat Darshana was written in Tamil by the great saint Sri Ramana Maharshi, considered one of the Vedantic acharyas (the highest order of scholar and teacher). It was later rendered into Sanskrit by his disciple and well-known scholar Ganapati Muni. Sat Darshana teaches that duality is the cause of sorrow and realization of non-duality leads to eternal bliss.
