This five-day retreat is a guided immersion into the rhythm of ashram life, offering participants the opportunity to step away from daily demands and enter a space of reflection, practice, and renewal. Following the full ashram schedule alongside the wider community — including morning and evening satsang, two daily yoga classes, shared vegetarian meals, and time for rest by the sea — the experience allows yoga to unfold naturally throughout the day. Within this steady rhythm, participants are supported in slowing down, reconnecting inwardly, and discovering a deeper sense of presence in a peaceful and spacious setting.
“Thirteen years ago, a simple Google search for “yoga on the beach” led to a place I didn’t know I was looking for, a wellness retreat center tucked along one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. I had no idea it would become one of the most meaningful places in my life.
I’ve returned many times since, and each visit leaves a deeper imprint. The setting is breathtaking. The food is nourishing and abundant. The beach is the kind that makes you forget what day it is. But what continues to call me back is something quieter. a depth of peace and presence I haven’t found anywhere else.
This retreat is my opportunity to share that experience with you during my favorite time of year. July here is peaceful and spacious. The daily schedule offers yoga, meditation, workshops, and plenty of time to rest by the sea. Everything is optional. No experience is necessary. Just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
We’ll practice together, reflect together, laugh together, and when you need it, there will be space to simply be alone with yourself.
My hope is that you leave with something subtle but lasting: a quiet, steady peace you can carry home and into your daily life.
I look forward to welcoming you.”
