Healing does not begin in the mind. It begins in the body, in the breath, and in the places that still carry what our ancestors could not put down. Faith Hunter guides participants through two practices she has spent over twenty years developing. The Soft Rewire™ is her neuroscience-informed method for subconscious and nervous system healing, blending poetic hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and breath.
Rootwork Transmission is her ancestral energy practice, breath led and rooted in her own lineage of Louisiana rootwork and Choctaw ancestry, guided by the voices of her ancestors throughout each session. The evening talks open the teaching, each one closing with time for questions and a short guided journaling or ritual practice, so participants leave with something to carry, not just something to think about. The afternoon workshops go deeper, giving the group extended time in embodied practice, one session in The Soft Rewire™, one in Rootwork Transmission. By the final evening, participants will have moved from disconnection back into the body, and from the body back to the roots that made them. This is teaching that lives in sensation before it lives in story.
Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.
