A program created especially for women 50+ who wish to nourish body, mind, and spirit while embracing this stage of life with vitality and grace. In the peaceful atmosphere of the Ashram, you will be introduced to the wisdom of Sattvic living and the profound connection between food, energy, and inner balance.
Together we will explore simple nourishing meals that support digestion, bone health, muscle preservation, hormonal balance, and steady energy. You will learn how pure, natural foods can calm the nervous system, enhance clarity of mind, and help cultivate a deeper sense of grounding and well-being.
Through practical teachings, shared meals, and supportive discussion, you will gain an understanding of how to prepare and enjoy foods that truly nourish you at this stage of life.
Most importantly, you will leave with simple practices, recipes, and practical tools you can easily bring home-allowing the benefits of Sattvic living to continue long after the retreat ends.
This program is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover the joy of caring for your body as a sacred vessel for vibrant living.
This program is part of the Retreat Leader Program, which supports Sivananda TTC graduates in growing as leaders and introducing their communities to the ashram through an authentic, guided retreat experience.
