Online Program

Practical Raja Yoga

ONLINE COURSE

Swami Brahmananda
Tuition: $69

12:00 – 1:30pm EDT LIVE for 5 days

Joy (ananda) is your nature, which is eternal. We are seeking for that joy. That is the purpose of life, to find happiness or ananda. No matter what type of pain you experience, as time goes by, you lose the pain because it is not your real nature.

When the surface of a lake is still you can see the bottom very clearly, but it is impossible to do so when the surface is agitated by waves. In the same way, when the mind is still, you can see your Self. That is called Yoga.

In the Practical Raja Yoga course we will study the practices given by Patanjali Maharishi as part of the eight limbs of Yoga to attain purity of mind, alleviation of suffering, and ultimate freedom. The course will deepen the student’s understanding of the practices of Raja Yoga and enhance the student’s capacity to apply them in daily life to increase mental clarity, emotional stability, and spiritual progress.

This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter.

For enrolled students, a video recording will be available for one week after completion of the course in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.

It is possible to register and take the course at any time. You can catch up on any classes you miss with the recordings.
