All of us seek to be happy, but do we look for happiness in the right places? In this program, you will learn how to apply the ancient teachings of Raja Yoga in your daily life in order to become more centered, happy, fulfilled, and to ultimately reach the highest goals of yoga. Raja Yoga is also known as the Royal Path of yoga; it provides a long-established, systematic approach that consists of eight parts or steps and includes both principles and practices. You will leave renewed and refreshed, with skills for continuing to nurture the inner peace, clarity, and happiness you seek.
This program is offered live through Zoom webinar with the availability for students to interact through Q&A with the presenter and also in small groups with each other, allowing this course to provide a sense of community for participants.
For enrolled students, a video recording will be available for one week after completion of the course in the event you miss a class or would like to review the content.

Pranava Chaitanya is a gifted teacher who leads with kindness, generosity and good humour. The online courses are a much needed support during this period of physical distancing and isolation. I hope the ashram continues to offer webinars even after the pandemic is resolved. It’s a blessing to hear the higher teachings, whether in person or virtually.
