Nurturing Your Spiritual Journey: A Guide to Staying on the Path

Swami Shambhudevananda

There are many obstacles on the spiritual path. You may not always feel inspired to practice meditation, asanas, or to keep up with your discipline. Emotions like jealousy, anger, or depression may make it even more difficult. This program will teach you ways to overcome these obstacles so you can maintain a healthy and happy yogic lifestyle.

In classical yoga, there are core practices that can help you. In this program, you will learn practical and effective methods to keep the mind peaceful, the soul nourished, and the body healthy–even as you go through rocky times in the outer world. Learn time-tested yogic steps to a more grounded, peaceful you.

Offered as 3 satsangs (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 6am satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay.
