Of all the Upanishads (sacred Sanskrit texts), the Mandukya Upanishad with Gaudapada’s Karika is the shortest—consisting of only twelve verses—yet it is regarded as one of the most direct and powerful expressions of Vedantic wisdom.
Swamini Atmaprakashananda will teach the Mandukya Upanishad along with Gaudapada Karika and Shankaracharya’s Bhashya. These profound teachings offer clarity and insight, supporting a deeper understanding of consciousness and the nature of the Self.
It is not necessary to attend the entire immersion; however, if you choose to participate, we ask that you attend one class per day during your stay. The immersion includes a morning class from 8:00–10:00 am, leaving ample time to attend daily satsangs, enjoy a yoga class, partake in the delicious vegetarian meals, and spend time on the ashram grounds.
