Kirtan with Radhika Das & Friends

Radhika Das

Welcome the dawn of 2027 in a way that nourishes the heart, uplifts the spirit, and sets a powerful intention for the year ahead. Join beloved kirtan artist and bhakti yoga teacher Radhika Das for a transformative New Year immersion at the sacred shores of Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat Bahamas.

Radhika Das is known for creating deeply moving musical experiences that open the voice, awaken devotion, and unite people in a shared field of love and presence — whether you are new to chanting or a longtime practitioner. You don’t need to be a good singer, a practitioner of yoga, or a follower of any religion or set of beliefs to experience the power of kirtan. An open mind and willing voice are all that is required! Combining music, mantra, meditation and a few dance moves from time to time, kirtan offers a rich, immersive experience that has the power to change the world, one heart at a time.

Join us and welcome 2027 in a field of collective joy, peace, and inspiration. Begin the year renewed, uplifted, and deeply connected — carrying the resonance of this unforgettable experience into every day that follows.

Offered as 3 satsangs and 3 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8 pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program. Radhika Das is a London-based kirtan artist and Bhakti yoga teacher whose devotion and spiritual grounding have made him one of the most sought-after voices in the global conscious music movement.

He has spent almost 20 years immersed in the path of Bhakti Yoga. His work blends tradition with modern sensibility, creating spaces where people from all backgrounds can experience connection, joy and spiritual upliftment. As an artist of “Mantra Roots,” he is committed to expanding the global perception of kirtan as an art form that is both sacred and accessible, especially among mainstream and younger people.

Radhika Das was raised in the UK and was introduced to Bhakti at the Bhaktivedanta Manor, UK. He believes that Bhakti Yoga is his spiritual home and where he finds his devotion, community and purpose. With an approach that blends both spirituality and accessibility, his aim is to make Yoga of devotion relevant to his audiences globally, transcending traditional boundaries.

Over the years, Radhika Das has been known for taking mantra beyond traditional settings and into mainstream spaces. From large venues like Union Chapel and O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in the UK, DOME in Mumbai, and Palais Theatre in Melbourne, to intimate yoga studios, his performances have touched audiences across the UK, Europe, North America, Australia and India.

In June 2025, his Mumbai live concert, Heart Land India, received significant recognition at the WOW Awards, winning Gold for “Concert of the Year Under 10k Attendees” and Bronze for “Entertainment Event of the Year”.

Today, Radhika Das stands as an authentic, heart-centred voice in devotional music, grounded in tradition yet deeply relevant to contemporary culture. His mission is simple: to help people feel more connected and aligned through the transformative power of sacred sound.
