Isvaayasa Upanishad

Swamini Atmaprakashananda Saraswati

The Isvaayasa Upanishad consists of 18 mantras and begins with a mantra of peace, which will be explored first. The remaining mantras remind us that the same invisible content that is universal throughout all beings and things is what connects us all, whether we are people, nature, living, or nonliving. This will also be studied with Adi Shankara’s commentary.

It is not necessary to attend the entire immersion, but we ask that you if you do choose to join, to attend once per day during your stay.

8:15am-10:15am Daily.
