Mantra, Meditation & Jyotish to Kindle Agni for Whole-Being Healing

Laura Plumb

This program is part of The Wisdom of Ayurveda: A Symposium for Whole-Person Healing, March 21-27, 2027

What if healing is not something we achieve, but something that naturally unfolds when we come into harmony with ourselves and the rhythms of the universe?

At the heart of Ayurveda and the Vedic sciences lies Agni—the sacred fire of transformation. Agni is more than digestion; it is the intelligence that transforms food into vitality, experience into wisdom, and potential into purposeful living. When Agni burns brightly, health, clarity, and resilience flourish. When it is diminished, imbalance can arise in body, mind, and spirit.

In this inspiring series of interconnected sessions, discover how the ancient sciences of Ayurveda, mantra, meditation, and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) work together as a unified path to healing and self-discovery. Explore how sacred sound and mantra act as powerful vibrational medicine, awakening inner balance and shifting consciousness. Learn how Jyotish illuminates your unique doshic nature, karmic patterns, and life purpose, offering profound guidance for living in alignment with your dharma and the greater intelligence of nature.

As these timeless teachings come together, a deeper picture of health emerges—one that moves beyond symptom management toward a life of greater meaning, vitality, and wholeness. When body, mind, spirit, and cosmic timing are brought into harmony, healing becomes not merely possible, but natural.

Join us for a journey into the heart of the Vedic sciences and discover how to kindle the inner fire that illuminates your path to well-being, purpose, and transformation.
