In this series of workshops with Bhargavi Chaitanya, we will delve into the four paths of yoga — Karma Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Raja Yoga, and Jnana Yoga — and explore how the lessons of each path can be integrated into your life to attain true wisdom and union with the Divine. Swami Sivananda, who saw the need for balance in spiritual development, taught that the seeker must practice certain techniques from each path. His approach, known as the Yoga of Synthesis, can be summed up: “Serve (Karma Yoga), Love (Bhakti Yoga), Meditate (Jnana Yoga), Realize (Raja Yoga).” You will learn how to incorporate these beautiful teachings and practices into your own life.
Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.
