In a world that often pulls us into stress, distraction, and reactivity, mindfulness offers a pathway back to ourselves. This experiential program explores the body as the foundation of mindful awareness, helping us recognize habitual patterns of stress and learn skillful ways to respond rather than react. Through guided practices, reflection, and shared exploration, we will discover how the wisdom of the body can support greater emotional balance, resilience, and inner ease.
Together, we will cultivate the capacity to meet ourselves with kindness and curiosity, even in challenging moments. As we learn from one another and explore the landscape of our own minds and hearts, we will develop practical tools for pausing before reacting, nurturing compassion for ourselves and others, and deepening our commitment to holistic well-being. This workshop offers a welcoming space to reconnect with the qualities of presence, openness, and heartfelt awareness that support a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
Offered as 2 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).
The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.
