Olivia Ou is Master Ou’s daughter, his only child. She started studying from her father at a young age and has been practicing Pangu Mystical Qigong for over 30 years.

For the past 20 years, Olivia has been at her father’s side as he travels the world teaching and giving healings, as both his interpreter and his teaching assistant.

Since 2010 Olivia has been the main conduit of information between her father, Master Ou, and all English speaking PGSG instructors and PGSG students when clarifying questions arise regarding course content and how to enhance one’s knowledge, skills, abilities with Pangu Shengong practice to cultivate one’s heart and soul. She has also been actively giving healings and teaching small groups and 1:1 classes, on a weekly basis, to both English speaking and Chinese speaking students, from the main Pangu Shengong office in California. Olivia also provides multiple consultations a week to students from all around the world on how to apply the teachings of Pangu Shengong to specific daily challenges that are currently being faced, whether it be physical, emotional, and/or family or work-related challenges.

In 2019 Olivia began teaching large groups of non-Chinese, non-English speaking Pangu Shengong students, through the aid of a translator, both in person and via zoom.

In 2021 Olivia has been hosting quarterly PGSG seminars via zoom to assist PGSG students cultivate their heart and soul by using various techniques to enhance their practice of PGSG.

Olivia runs the main Pangu Shengong Office located in California and oversees the certification process for the instructors of the Pangu Shengong Moving Form, Non-Moving Form, and Healing Skills courses. She is very passionate about making her father’s teachings available to English Speaking students and has led the project teams responsible for translating and publishing three of her father’s books into English: “The Path of Life”, “Pangu Shengong: Its Practice, Philosophy, and Culture”, and “My Hometown Ou’s Songs Collection”. Olivia is currently leading a team to translate and publish a fourth book – “Farewell My Soul”.

Following her father’s example of striving to understand how things work, she studied Mechanical Engineering and obtained a bachelor’s degree from South China University of Technology in China. After her family relocated to the United States, she continued her education and obtained a master’s degree in computer science and is responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of both the Chinese and English versions of the Pangu Shengong website.

Daily Schedule (subject to change):
Your course schedule has been designed by the presenter to provide a holistic educational experience, and includes course presentation time, meal times, and free time for you to enjoy the beach and the grounds and participate in the ashram’s daily programs. Lines in bold type indicate required course times.

Morning and Evening Satsang: community gatherings for meditation, chanting & teachings; sometimes a silent beach walk.

Yoga Asana & Pranayama Classes: available on outdoor ocean and bayfront platforms (beginner and intermediate levels offered twice daily).

Please Note: During days of private one-on-one treatments by Master Ou, students are to attend at least one Yoga Asana & Pranayama Class (all levels), either at 8:00 am or 4:00 pm, depending on what time a private appointment for treatment is scheduled.
