Grief is one of life’s most profound teachers. Whether arising from the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, a role, or a way of life, grief invites us into a sacred threshold – a liminal space between what was and what is yet to emerge. Rather than something to simply “get over,” grief can become a powerful catalyst for healing, meaning, and transformation.
In this compassionate and insightful program, we will explore grief through the lens of Ayurveda, contemplative practice, and sacred rituals. Learn how loss and transition can affect the mind, body, and spirit, including the role of Vata imbalance and the importance of protecting and nourishing Ojas—the vital essence that supports resilience, vitality, and emotional well-being.
Through reflection, discussion, and contemplative and restful practices like Yoga Nidra, participants will discover ways to navigate uncertainty with greater grace, honor the healing power of remembrance and ritual, and cultivate a deeper connection to the wisdom that can emerge through loss.
Together, we will explore:
This program offers a gentle and supportive space to honor your journey, deepen your understanding of grief, and discover how loss can become a doorway to greater wisdom, compassion, and wholeness.
