Yoga Vacation Program
February 6 — 7, 2026

Gratitude, Meaning, and the Life That Sustains Us

Eve Ekman

In the demands of modern life, it’s easy to lose touch with what truly nourishes our hearts and minds. This immersive workshop invites you to reconnect with the inner resources that cultivate resilience, joy, and a profound sense of purpose.

We’ll explore two deeply interconnected pathways to a fulfilling life: gratitude, and the contemporary science of meaning—enriched by timeless insights from contemplative traditions around the world. You’ll discover why gratitude is more than a warm feeling; it’s woven into our biology, supporting emotional balance, stronger relationships, and well-being even in challenging moments.

Alongside scientific research, we’ll delve into centuries-old wisdom on purpose, care, and connection, illuminating eight key ingredients of a meaningful life: optimism, mindfulness, connection, gratitude, compassion, kindness, play, and awe. Each element will be explored both conceptually and experientially, giving you practical tools you can integrate immediately into daily life.

By the end of this program, you’ll leave with simple, actionable practices to bring more meaning, resilience, and connection into every day—so that even amidst life’s challenges, you can thrive, savor, and live from a place of abundance.

Offered as 2 satsangs and 1 workshop (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with an 8pm satsang on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay.
