Discover the timeless wisdom of Inner Alchemy through ten ascending phases of practice that awaken what the sages call the Most Profound Medicine—an inner elixir that cannot be purchased, only cultivated through dedicated practice and awareness. Drawing from the sacred traditions of China and India, Dr. Roger Jahnke has distilled these teachings into 10 accessible, life-changing practices you can learn, embody, and share:
Discover Prana (Qi) • Gather • Circulate • Purify • Direct • Conserve • Store • Transform • Dissolve in • Transmit Prana (Qi)
These gentle, intentional movements activate what Chinese masters call Jin Dan, the Golden Elixir of Longevity and Immortality, and what Indian sages know as Amrita, the Nectar of Immortality. Through guided breath, movement, and meditation, you will awaken the innate medicine within—supporting physiological balance, emotional harmony, and spiritual coherence. By the end of the course, you will have learned all ten practices, empowering you to continue cultivating this profound inner alchemy for a lifetime.
What makes this program unique:
Across all spiritual traditions runs the eternal truth that the Spirit within is already whole. Spirit does not wait to be healed—it is the inexhaustible source of healing. Through these practices, you will directly access this boundless wellspring of vitality, clarity, and inner peace.
Benefits of attending:
Step into this living alchemy and awaken the medicine that already resides within you.
