Registration is closed for this course.
Tuition: $495

Retreat Overview
In this immersive 7-day retreat, participants will be guided on a transformative journey to move beyond the scattered tendencies of the Monkey Mind—characterized by restlessness, anxiety, and mental agitation—into the steady, peaceful, and luminous state of the Monk Mind. Rooted in the classical teachings of Vedanta, Raja Yoga, and traditional yogic practices, the program combines ancient wisdom with practical tools that participants can directly apply to both their practice and daily life.

This retreat is designed to create an optimal environment for inner stillness, self- reflection, healing, and renewal, offering a supportive and nurturing ashram setting to deepen personal practice.

Retreat Description
In today’s fast-paced world, many find themselves caught in the endless movement of thoughts, emotions, and external distractions. The constant stimulation of modern life often leads to chronic restlessness, stress, and disconnection from one’s true Self. From Monkey Mind to Monk Mind offers a unique opportunity to step away from these patterns and immerse oneself in a sacred space dedicated to calming the mind, restoring balance to the nervous system, and reconnecting with the unchanging inner silence that is always present.

The retreat draws inspiration from the timeless teachings of Swami Sivananda, Swami Vishnudevananda, and the contemporary guidance of Swami Shambhudevananda, integrating classical yoga practices, daily workshops, silence, and devotional elements into a holistic and profound learning experience.
