In today’s increasingly fast-paced and uncertain world, many of us live in a near-constant state of stress, overthinking, and nervous system dysregulation—making it difficult to access the calm, clarity, and joy we long for.
In this transformational and experiential workshop, Suzanne Bryant blends modern neuroscience, nervous system regulation, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, and timeless spiritual wisdom to help participants understand why anxiety and overwhelm arise—and how to work skillfully with them.
More than just theory, this workshop offers practical, tangible tools participants can use immediately to calm their minds, regulate their nervous systems, and build greater emotional resilience in everyday life.
Through guided experiential practices and practical education, participants will not only learn the science behind stress and anxiety—they will experience greater calm during the workshop itself and leave with a personalized framework and toolkit to help them sustain that calm long after the retreat.
Participants will learn how to:
• Calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety in real time
• Quiet overthinking and repetitive mental loops
• Use breathwork and mindfulness to shift emotional state quickly
• Understand the neuroscience of stress and nervous system regulation
• Build a sustainable daily practice for greater calm and resilience
• Create a personalized toolkit for navigating future stress with greater ease
Leave feeling calmer, lighter, more empowered, and equipped with practical tools to cultivate lasting peace, resilience, and joy in everyday life.
