Srinivasan will lead us on an in-depth journey into the theory and practice of Raja Yoga during morning satsang throughout the month, with a special focus on the yamas and niyamas. Raja Yoga, often referred to as the kingly or royal path of yoga, focuses on the purification and control of the mind. As Swami Sivananda wrote in Essence of Yoga: “If you really aspire to unfold the lurking divinity within, if you really want to get rid of the meshes of this Samsara, you must know the technique of thought-control which is embodied in the system of Raja Yoga.”
Offered as 13 satsangs (subject to change)
