Forgiveness is one of the most powerful practices for freeing the heart and advancing on the spiritual path. This course explores forgiveness not as condoning harmful actions, but as a conscious choice to release resentment, hatred, and the emotional burdens that keep us bound to suffering. Through the lens of yoga and Vedanta, participants will discover how forgiveness cultivates inner peace, compassion, and spiritual strength while opening the heart to divine grace.
The course also examines the law of karma as a universal principle of cause and effect that governs our thoughts, words, and actions. Swami Sivananda teaches that understanding karma empowers us to respond to life’s challenges with wisdom rather than blame, recognizing each experience as an opportunity for growth and evolution. Together, the practices of forgiveness and karmic understanding offer a path to greater freedom, helping us break cycles of negativity, make conscious choices, and live with greater love, responsibility, and equanimity.
