Learn about the subtle body, its network of channels (nadis) and energy centers (chakras) and how they interact with our endocrine and nervous systems. Through the practices of pranayama (breath), visualization, and meditation we will get in touch with the source of our energy (prana) and develop tools to revitalize ourselves physically, mentally and spiritually.

Surya (Silvia San Miguel) is an educator and a certified Sivananda Yoga teacher who studied with Swami Vishnudevananda. She integrates her studies of other wisdom traditions with yoga while teaching at Sivananda ashrams in Canada, India, and the Bahamas and in private venues in Montreal and Spain.
