Emotional Wisdom

Savoring Life and Growing Resilience

Eve Ekman

Discover how your emotions can become powerful guides on the path to greater well-being and connection. This program offers a practical, science-based approach to emotional growth, drawing from Eve’s books – Cultivating Emotional Balance and the Atlas of Emotions. You’ll learn to identify emotional patterns, transform reactivity, and nurture a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

The workshops will blend guided practices, reflection, and group dialogue to help you engage with emotions in a skillful and supportive way. You’ll gain tools you can use daily to deepen emotional resilience, enhance positive experiences, and live with more awareness, balance, and purpose.

What You’ll Gain:

  • A clear understanding of the science behind core human emotions and how they arise
  • Insight into your own emotional patterns using the Atlas of Emotions framework
  • Simple, evidence-based techniques to respond to emotions with awareness instead of reactivity
  • Skills to savor uplifting experiences and strengthen emotional resilience
  • Practices to foster greater compassion for yourself and others
  • Practical tools to support daily well-being, connection, and meaning

Offered as 3 satsangs and 2 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with a noon workshop on the first day of the program and conclude with an 8pm satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay.
