Echoes of Stillness is an offering to explore the vast depths of the inner self. Evenings will be spent journeying through spacious, multidimensional, and otherworldly soundscapes masterfully woven by spiritual teacher and acclaimed musician, Arjun Bruggeman. Rhythm, mantra, and atmospheric sound invite a deep state of being where transformational processes such as healing, alchemy, and realization may unfold. Each journey will be unique – musically and experientially – and embody both light and dark as a means of activating the whole of the inner world.
Two afternoon workshops will complement the evening explorations. Arjun will share meditation techniques to enhance sensitivity to the subtle body and energy. He will also invite spirit through storytelling and additional soundscapes.
