Eating With Intention is a monthly culinary wellness experience designed to deepen the relationship between food, health, and conscious living. Each month the focus of the workshop will vary.
Through engaging cooking demonstrations, ingredient education, and mindful tasting experiences, participants will explore how food can become a practice of nourishment, awareness, gratitude, and connection.
This series supports the Ashram’s commitment to holistic wellness by offering guests and community members an opportunity to learn practical plant-based cooking techniques while experiencing the deeper intention behind the preparation of food.
Offered as 1 afternoon workshop (subject to change).
