Modern seekers often live with unseen burdens — the weight of not feeling enough, the confusion of doubt, the anxiety of an uncertain world. Vedic Dharma, however, has always offered medicine for these inner poisons. In this powerful series, Acharya Shunya, Vedic lineage-holder and bestselling author of Sovereign Self, Roar Like a Goddess, and Ayurveda Lifestyle Wisdom, reveals how six timeless Dharma values from the Bhagavad Gita can dissolve inner contraction and awaken natural confidence, peace, and integrity.
Each satsang blends Sanskrit chant, storytelling, and Vedantic insight; each afternoon workshop turns insight into living practice.
Satsang 1 – From Unworthiness to Wholeness: Remembering Your Divine Belonging
Essence: Teachings on humility (amanitvam) and authenticity (adambhitvam) as portals to the Greater Self.
Beneath our striving often lies a hidden sense of unworthiness — the belief that we must prove or perform to deserve love. Acharya Shunya shows how the Vedic ideal of true humility is not smallness but groundedness in the Vast Reality. When we stop pretending and start belonging to Truth itself, shame dissolves and the heart opens to divine self-worth. With chant, story, and contemplation, you will rediscover the ease of being loved by Existence, exactly as you are – fullness is our nature.
Workshop 1 – Living from Wholeness
Experience humility as spacious self-acceptance, not self-shrinking. Guided reflection and journaling help participants release comparison and stand in authentic presence. Leave with a simple mantra: “I am whole; I am held.”
Satsang 2 – From Fear to Peace: The Dharma of Non-Harming and Forbearance
Essence: Teachings on Ahimsa (non-violence) and Kshanti (forbearance).
When fear governs our mind, we defend, attack, or withdraw. The Dharma teaches a different strength — the courage of peace. Through stories from the epics and reflections from her own life, Acharya Shunya reveals how patience, compassion, and restraint transform fear into luminous stillness. Peace, she reminds us, is not passivity; it is power aligned with love.
Workshop 2 – Cultivating Fearless Peace
Through breath, mantra, and mindful dialogue, participants explore responding rather than reacting. Learn practices to soften the inner critic and bring calm to conflict. Conclude with a vow: “May my peace be stronger than my fear.”
Satsang 3 – From Doubt to Clarity: The Straight Path of Integrity and Purity
Essence: Teachings on Arjavam (inner alignment) and Shaucham (inner purity).
Doubt clouds our decisions and divides our energy. When thought, word, and action align, the mind becomes pure, steady, and luminous. Acharya Shunya unfolds the meaning of living truthfully — not as moral perfection, but as spiritual cleanliness, where we have nothing to hide and nothing to prove. With chant and meditation, she leads seekers to discover the quiet confidence born of integrity.
Workshop 3 – Living in Alignment
Through guided reflection and short meditation, participants recognize where they live divided and practice returning to clarity. Closing affirmation: “When I am clear, I am free.”
