Tools for Inner Sovereignty

Acharya Shunya

Sattva is a special quality (guna) of the mind that is inherently connected to Purity (nirmala), Light (prakasha) and Health and Wellbeing (anamayam), from within. The Vedic-Yogic and Ayurvedic traditions of wisdom recommend cultivating Sattva, for a happy, wholesome, and spiritually evolved life. Over three morning satsangs, Vedic scholar and bestselling author Acharya Shunya, shall dive deep into the nature and purpose of ‘sattva” and how to  lead a deliberate life to enhance sattva in our minds, and align with a Greater Truth operating through us. These teachings shall be based upon teachings on Sattva, as elucidated in the Bhagavad Gita. Acharya Shunya believes that the potential of Sattva is lodged within each human mind, but to discover it, cherish it, value it, and live by its supreme light is the divine task of each embodied soul to unearth
