Deepen Your Meditation: Entering the Silence Within

Bhargavi Chaitanya

Meditation is more than a technique—it is a journey from restlessness to inner stillness, from the surface of the mind to the peace of the Self. Inspired by the teachings of Swami Sivananda, this program explores the essential foundations of a deep and meaningful meditation practice, including concentration, purity of mind, devotion, regular discipline, and the cultivation of inner silence. Through guided meditation, practical instruction, and reflection, participants will learn how to overcome common obstacles, quiet the fluctuations of the mind, and experience the joy, clarity, and peace that arise from sustained practice. Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen an established practice, this program offers timeless wisdom and practical tools for awakening the stillness that lies within.

Offered as 2 workshops (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with 90-minute noon workshop on the first day of the program and conclude with a 90-minute noon workshop on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay.
