Wisdom traditions such as Vedic knowledge and the embodiment process often seem like two completely different worlds. What if we brought together the best of both?
Our lives are filled with the play of apparent opposites: Heart and Mind. Power and Surrender. Love and Dharma. We often experience these forces as competing demands, creating tension, or inner conflict. Yet these very challenges can become gateways to deeper integration, authenticity, and wholeness.
In these Satsangs and workshops, Michael explores the archetypal energies embodied by Ram (Dharma) and Sita (Love), not just as epic characters from long ago, but as living forces that shape our relationships, choices, challenges, and personal evolution.
Through a unique blend of Vedic wisdom and somatic experience, participants will discover how these seemingly opposing energies can work together to support a richer and more integrated way of being.
Rather than viewing life’s challenges as obstacles to overcome, participants will learn to recognize them as opportunities for growth and transformation. From this new perspective, the dynamic tensions we encounter in ourselves and in our lives become stepping stones toward greater self-understanding, connection, and wholeness.
Michael’s two Satsangs at the Sivananda Ashram will explore the subtle relationship between Ram and Sita and their reflections within us. His two workshops will provide experiential somatic practices designed to help participants embody and integrate these principles as a living reality in everyday life.
Offered as 2 satsangs and 2workshops (subject to change).
