Yoga Vacation Program

Comtemplating God as Mother

The Divine Feminine Within and Around Us

Swami Brahmananda

Drawing on Swami Sivananda’s teachings, this program explores the intimate and compassionate relationship with the Divine through the form of the Universal Mother. Sivananda describes Shakti as the dynamic power of the Divine—the creative, nurturing, sustaining, and transformative force that gives life to the universe.

Through contemplation, prayer, devotion, and meditation, participants will explore what it means to approach the Divine as Mother: a presence to whom we can open our hearts, surrender our burdens, and turn for guidance, strength, and grace. This practice invites us to recognize the Divine Mother not only in traditional forms such as Durga, Lakshmi, and Sarasvati, but in the life, nature, and consciousness that surround us, awakening a deeper experience of love, trust, devotion, and inner connection.

Offered as 6 satsangs (subject to change).

The presentations associated with this Yoga Vacation Program begin with a 6am satsang on the first day of the program and concludes with a 6am satsang on the last day of the program.  Click here to read more about the Yoga Vacation Program details and view the ashram schedule for yoga classes and meals during your stay.
