Start the new year with a clean slate! During this program, we will explore removing the obstacles to living your dream life. Through cleansing the body with kitchari (the Ayurvedic superfood) and yoga asana classes; cleansing the mind with Yoga Nidra and control over the senses; and clearing consciousness through Yoga Nidra, satsangs, and meditation, the path is established for a powerful new start to the year.
Dr. Marc Halpern (Dr. Siva) and Dr. Deerheart, will support you on this beautiful journey that combines all of the tools above with journaling, periods of silence, and deep discussions about the cause of suffering and the nature of life. Students will be introduced to Ayurvedic concepts as well and come to a better understanding of the diet and lifestyle that will be most supportive for creating an optimum state of health.
