What if pausing—something so simple, so natural—could be your most powerful act of self-love? Join yoga therapist and mindfulness teacher Jillian Pransky for four soul-nourishing days of rest, reconnection, and transformation through the art of pausing.
In this deeply restorative retreat, you’ll discover how taking time to pause creates space for clarity, vitality, and profound inner healing. As you slow down, breathe more fully, and come into the present moment, you’ll begin to feel calmer, more open, and more connected—to yourself, to others, and to life. These practices don’t just feel good—they lay the foundation for healthier relationships, greater resilience, and your continued personal evolution.
Jillian will gently guide you through a nourishing blend of somatic movement, yoga, nervous system regulation, mindfulness meditation, and deep relaxation, all designed to bring your body and mind into a harmonious, easeful state. You’ll also be introduced to her signature six-step method, LARLAR™, which provides a practical framework for integrating the power of pausing into your daily life.
Together, in a supportive and kind community, you’ll explore how to meet moments of stress, excitement, and uncertainty with more presence, compassion, and choice. Through guided self-inquiry, time in nature, and spacious reflection, you’ll gain tools you can carry home—tools that create room to breathe, respond with care, and live with greater awareness.
Leave feeling renewed, more spacious, and equipped with the practices and mindset to pause with love—anytime, anywhere.
This is your invitation to soften, to reset, and to return to yourself.
We suggest you arrive at least one day prior to the start of this course and stay until at least one day after the course ends for the optimal experience.
